GreenUP! would like to invite you to the next speaker in the live-green build green speaker series on Thursday, February 4, from 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm at the University of Nevada, Reno in the Joe Crowley Student Union, Room 323. John C. Sagebiel, Ph.D., (LEED AP) who is Environmental Affairs Manager for Environmental Health and Safety and UNR will talk about some of the green efforts that UNR has been engaging in including building the Joe Crowley Student Union and the
new LEED Silver Academic Athletic Center. He will address some other efforts such as our greenhouse gas inventory, and the greening of UNR transportation, food and student life areas. Lastly, he will touch on academics and the role and opportunities.
